| Job Duties: | Duties may involve welding, carpentry, repairing electrical & plumbing fixtures, installing, aligning & balancing new equipment & repairing building floors or stairs. Repairs & replaces wood work, masonry, paint exterior & interior buildings. May cut or trim grass using power equipment or hand tools. Repairs plaster & brick, build shed & other outbuildings. May set up tables& chairs. Perform routine maintenance such as maintain generator & water system as required. May transport small equipment, tools, between departments. Ensure that tools, materials & vehicles are maintained in good working order & are available at job site when needed. Keep premises clean & orderly conditions. Trouble shooting- responds to emergency situation during & after working hours for the purposes of resolving immediate safety concerns. |
