| Job Duties: | Prepare, season & cook dishes such as soup, meats, vegetables or desserts in the restaurant . May order supplies. keep records & accounts, price items in menu or plan menu. Inspect and clean food preparations areas, such as equipment & work surfaces or serving areas to ensure safe & sanitary food handling practice. Make sure that all important knives are sharp & clean & that all equipment is in working order. Ensure freshness of foods & ingredients by by checking for quality , keeping track of old & new items & rotating stocks. Ensured food is stored & cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broiler, grills & roasters. season & cook food according to recipes or personal judgement & experience. turn & stir food to ensure even cooking. |

| Qualification Requirements: | *Skilled in preparing Japanese cuisine including but not limited so sushi, sashimi & tempura *Skilled in cutting & preparations techniques for each type of fish used uses in sushi rolls as well as how to prepare sushi rice, sauces & seasoned ingredients. *A valid food handler certificate (equally applied to both US workers & CW-1 workers). *A valid police clearance (equally applied to both US workers & CW-1 workers) *Can work in flexible hours including holiday, weekends or night shift duty *With own means of transportation. |
