| Job Duties: | Repair or replace equipment part using hand tools and power tools and reassemble equipment. Perform routine preventive maintenance to endure the machine continues to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently and physical condition of the building does not deteriorate. Assemble, install and/or repair wiring electrical and electronic component, pipes systems and plumbing, machinery and equipment. Inspect, operate and test machinery and equipment in order to diagnose machine malfunction. Record maintenance and repair work performed and the cost of the work. |
