Job Title: Maintenance & Repair Workers, General
Job Duties: Under the general supervision of Facilities Manager. Will perform routine inspections of premises and equipment. Will perform routine maintenance of various tools and equipment for use at the job site such as power hand tools, welding equipment, hammers and other hand tools. Will handle basic repairs and maintenance to the company property such as plumbing work, painting, flooring repair, bulb replacement & others. Will perform general cleaning of the property by providing grounds keeping, landscaping services, collecting trash and others. Will perform routine maintenance of heating and air conditioning system. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations. Inspect and repair all damages to building surfaces. Inspect and repair company vehicles. Order materials, supplies and equipment. Fabricate or repair wooden structures such shelves, cabinet, doors, windows and others and installing them. Other duties as required.

Qualification Requirements: Must have at least 12-months of experience as General maintenance and building repairer and or similar job occupation. Must be able to report to work 5-days a week. Agree to a post-offer pre-employment drug screening and random drug testing which will apply to both US and CW-1 workers.
