| Job Duties: | * Directing and coordinating all activities of a Fast Food Restaurant. * Organize and direct worker training programs, resolve personnel problems, assess staffing needs, interview, hire and train new employees, and evaluate employee performance. * Implement company policies, goals, and objectives, develop or implement product marketing strategies including advertising campaign or sales promotions. * Monitor compliance with sanitation, health, and safety regulations regarding food preparation and serving, maintenance of kitchen, food storage, and dining areas. * Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes and garnishing, and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and served in strict compliance to set standards. * Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety. * Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality and customer service. |

| Qualification Requirements: | * Must have hands-on experience operating various fast food kitchen equipment * Knowledge of food product portion costing and CNMI Gov’t. food safety and sanitary standards. * Must have the ability to independently learn how to prepare new menu products based on set standards provided by YUM! Brands. * Able to understand, interpret, and enforce Franchise Library of Standards and Procedures and be able to train Fast Food Crew based on acquired knowledge from the YUM! Library of Standards and Procedures. * Must have a working knowledge on how to operate POS Registers and perform basic troubleshooting of POS hardware and software. * Must be available and dependable for flexible scheduling of work hours including holidays. * Must pass pre-employment trade test (Note: this requirement will be applied equally to both U.S. and CW-1 workers). * Must have a current CNMI Food Handler Certificate (Note: this requirement is equally applicable to both U.S. and CW-1 workers. |

| Comments: | Marianas Fast Food, Inc. dba KFC/Taco Bell is looking to fill one (1) Fast Food Restaurant Manager position. Work will be performed in Chalan Kanoa, Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands. Worker will be paid no less than $19.31 per hour. The employer will offer 40 hours of work per week. Hourly work schedule is from 9:00a.m to 5:00p.m, Monday, Wednesday to Friday, and 9:00 to 4:00 pm from Saturday to Sunday. Worker will be paid bi-weekly by check. The employer will make all the payroll deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by federal and local law and will not make any deductions which are not required by law. The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 01, 2021 to September 30, 2024. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
