WORK HOURS AND DAYS: Employees hired under this announcement will work full time employment with Forty (40) hours per week. Work Hours/Days, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm – Monday to Friday Saturday: 7:00am to 1:00pm ANTICIPATED START AND END OF DATES OF JOB OPPORTUNITY: July 21, 2021 to July 20, 2022 PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT, TRAVEL REQUIREMENT AND WHERE APPLICANTS WILL RESIDE: The place of employment is on First Floor Sablan Bldg, No.1 Gualo Rai Road, Gualo Rai, Saipan. The worker will travel within Saipan by land transportation on a daily basis. The worker should reside in Saipan to perform the job during employment period. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The Employer shall pay for all the inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border processing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees) DAILY TRANSPORTATION: The employer will not provide daily transportation. PROVISION FOR TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT: The Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. HOUSING: The employer will not provide housing during the employment. MEAL: The Employer will not provide meals during the employment.
