| Job Duties: | Cleans building walls and flooring. Monitor building premises to ensure employees and visitors safety by performing such task as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliances to ensure that hazards are not created. Gather empty trash and cleaning floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners or power equipment to prevent damages to the floors and fixtures. Strips, seals and polish floors. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or addition to the building operation. Clean windows, glasses partitions, or mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges or squeegees. Do other related duties from time to time as needed. Decorate indoors or outdoors spaces. Operate ground maintenance equipment in the warehouses and office premises. Dispose trash and waste materials from the warehouse and office premises. Move heavy furniture, equipment or supplies in the premises to do the cleaning process. Service, clean, or supply restrooms. Request supplies or equipment need for the cleaning and maintenance duties. Operate hand or power tools. Have the ability to lift heavy loads or boxes. Move furniture and equipment for cleaning the areas. Do other related duties assigned from time to time. |
