Job Title: | Building Maintenance & Repairer |
Job Duties: | Survey buildings/establishment and repair structural, electrical & mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with local & Federal Gov’t compliance and safety standards. Perform maintenance of electrical systems such as replacing light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc. Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary. Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed Perform manual repairs when necessary, fix locks, replace windows, etc. Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide. Conduct general upkeep procedures like landscaping, ground maintenance, and other tasks as assigned. Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed when doing repairs, renovations, or any alterations. Do other related duties as assign from time to time. |

Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma with a minimum of 2-years proven work experience in the position. Must have a specific understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, hydraulic, and other maintenance systems. Possess knowledge of general building maintenance processes and methods. Working knowledge of construction tools, common appliances, and electrical devices. Willing to work on flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Can work under less supervision, and must be able to meet deadlines. Must be physically fit to handle all kinds of strenuous works. All applicants must be able to secure CNMI driver’s license. |
