Job Title: Accounting Administrative Assistant
Job Duties: Provide administrative support to Accountant undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing making phone calls, handing mail and other basic, accounting works, as well as assisting the Accountant. This position will also deal with customers and external agencies. Audit of sales in voices that purchased (calculation of figures prices vs quantity, verify the items from purchase request and purchase order). Scanning of purchases sales invoices. Audit of inventory of each department (inventory reports and physical count). Filing of check vouchers. Prepare checks (typing using electric, typewriter). Prepare deposit slip of vendors. Arrange for money to be delivered to bank (prepare daily summary sales and deposit ticket). Contact individuals/hotel agents with delinquent accounts or follow up collections. Ensure customers accept payments or refunds. Prepare and encode billing statements and update accounts receivable ledgers (A/R Ageing). Encode payables and update accounts payable ledgers (A/P Ageing). Front Office audit daily sales and reservation, printing report and making sales audit. Also, performs company errands or additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualification Requirements: Must have 12 months experience and Associate's degree. Knowledgeable in computer (can perform Microsoft office such as excel, word, publisher, powerpoint, etc.) Detailed oriented and good organization skills.

Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
