Job Duties: | 1.) Plan transportation and accommodations for travel agency customers. 2.) Determine destination modes of transportation, travel dates, cost and accommodations required. 3.) May also describe plan and arrange itineraries and sell tour packages. 4.) May assist in resolving clients travel problem. 5.) Oversees Tour guides and fix their schedule. 6.) Plan tour itineraries, applying knowledge of travel routes and destination sites. 7.) Resolve any problems with itineraries, service or accommodations. 8.) Sell travel packages. 9.) Arrange for tour or expedition details such as accommodations, transportation, equipment and the availability of medical personnel. 10.) Evaluate services received on tour, report findings to the organizers |

Qualification Requirements: | Must be at least High school Graduate with 2 years related experience. Must be knowledgeable in computer programs ( Excel, Word and Online Reservation System) Must be able to read, write and speak Korean Language for better communications with the main office and with the customers. At least 2 years related experience in travel/tourism industry. Police clearance required- equally applied to both US workers and CW-1 Workers. Must possess a Valid Drivers License. Previous work experience Certificate required- equally applied to both US workers and CW-1 Workers. |

Comments: | This a temporary, full-time position with employment period beginning October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2024. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE for Employment offered is for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Frequency of pay: Bi-weekly, subjected to mandatory payroll tax deduction required by law (20 CFR 655.423(h). Transportation and subsistence will be provided to the worker from the place of origin to the place of employment. Upon conclusion of the job opportunity, employer will provide the return transportation and subsistence to the place of origin or place of recruitment (20 CFR 655.423(j)(1)). Employer-Provided Tools and Equipment: Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned (20 CFR 655.423(K)). This is a non-exempt position and is eligible to receive overtime compensation in accordance to The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
