Job Title: BUILDING/GROUND MAINTENANCE
Job Duties: Cleans warehouses premises. Select equipment, materials, or supplies for cleaning or maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness in the premises. Remove debris from the worksites. Trim trees as needed. Move furniture for cleaning the areas in the warehouse or office area. Treat the facilities to eliminate the pests especially inside the warehouse. Dispose the trash collected from the premises. On call for any assistance from all the tenants. Ensure that the hallways in the apartments must be clean everyday of the week. Monitor building security and safety by locking doors, windows after operating hours. Mows and lawns using mowers and bush cutters. Operate ground maintenance tools such as hand tools and power tools. Notify managers concerning need for major cleaners, sponges, or squeegees. Do other related duties as assigned from time to time. Notify managers concerning need for major repairs.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Must have the ability to lift heavy loads and boxes. Ability to follow instructions oral or written. Ability to use hand and power tools. Ability to climb stairs and ladder to change light bulbs, and paints. Requires being on hand and knees for extended period of time to scrub floors and perform landscaping duties if needed. Must have the ability to handle extreme temperature change to perform external maintenance. Must have the knowledge of modern cleaning methods and proper handling of toxic chemical solutions needed for cleaning. Ability to maintain focus while working individually. Must have strong time management and can work outdoors in all kinds of weather. Must have at least six(06) months of work experience as Building Maintenance

Comments: This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing December 11, 2020 to December 10, 2021. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total of number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon the completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment.
