Job Title: HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANTS
Job Duties: Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts. Wash dishes and clean kitchens, cooking utensils, and silverware. Clean equipment or supplies. Clean facilities or sites. Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards are met. Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers. Polish silver accessories and metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings. Clean furniture or fixtures. Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Dispose of trash or waste materials. Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors. Monitor building premises to ensure occupant or visitor safety. Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items. Inventory materials or equipment. Sort clothing and other articles, load washing machines, and iron and fold dried items. Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers. Clean building walls or flooring. Dust and polish furniture and equipment. Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy. Inventory materials or equipment. Request repair services and wait for repair workers to arrive. Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary. Sweep, scrub, wax, or polish floors, using brooms, mops, or powered scrubbing and waxing machines. Sort, count, and mark clean linens and store them in linen closets. Prepare rooms for meetings and arrange decorations, media equipment, and furniture for social or business functions. Remove debris from driveways, garages, and swimming pool areas. Move and arrange furniture and turn mattresses. Select equipment, materials, or supplies for cleaning or maintenance activities. Hang draperies and dust window blinds

Qualification Requirements: HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE WITH AT LEAST 3 MONTHS EXPERIENCE . MUST HAVE GENERAL KNOWLEDGE IN HOUSEKEEPING. MUST BE MULTI-TASKED AND FLEXIBLE; CAN DO AND PERFORM WORK ASSIGNMENT UNDER PRESSURE WITH LESS SUPERVISION. WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS BOTH ORAL AND WRITTEN, PROPER HYGIENE ISNEEDED, CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. Fringe Benefits: Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least threefourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.  Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
