| Job Duties: | Prepare and cook chaser such as fried chicken, onion ring, sisig, fried lumpia, siomai, spicy ribs, french fries and calamari as well as chaser sauces. Also, prepare and cook daily bento such as Pinakbet, Sinigang, adobo, Caldereta, Pancit and other Filipino dishes. Inspect and clean food preparation area such as equipments and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking the quality, keeping track of old and new items and rotating stock. Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature. Plan menu for daily bento. Prepare and replenish ingredients/stocks. Monitor stock for replenishment. Mop and clean kitchen area daily. Clean utensils after used. Clean food storages such as refrigerator, freezer and cabinets to ensure safe and sanitary practices. Dependable and be able to work night shift with culinary expertise in Filipino cuisine. |
