| Job Duties: | Prepare quarterly consolidation package, reviewing and preparing of financial statement reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually). Submit monthly financial statement narrative reports to management. Inputting sales and cash receipts journal for general and remittance accounts. Handles room reconciliation with hotel vendors. Prepares check disbursement for general and remittance and financial statement reports. Responsible for reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers, bank reconciliation for general and remittance accounts. Preparation of payroll disbursement, monthly account receivable/payable schedules. Other duties to be assigned by office manager. |
