| Job Duties: | Perform work involving repair and maintenance of residential units own by MB Tech. Micronesia, LLC. Duties may involve pipe fitting; carpentry; repairing electrical; repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. Paint and repair roofs, windows, doors and floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, and other parts of the structures, as needed. Estimate repair costs if there are any other units requiring repair. Lay bricks to repair and maintain building walls, arches, and other structures, as needed. Perform routine preventive maintenance on a periodic basis. Assemble, install and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pope systems and plumbing, as needed. Maintain all the residential units at its livable condition which also involves grass cutting and trash collections around the premises. |
