| Job Duties: | General manager that speak the languages of finance and accounting, operations, sales, marketing, human resources, research and development, and engineering. *Oversee the day-to-day business operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals. *Proven experience in a managerial role *Strong decision-making capabilities *Ability to motivate and lead people; holding employees accountable when needed. *Strong working knowledge of operational procedures. *Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time. *Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans. *Hire and train qualified staff. *Manage profit, loss statements, and account for cost and revenues. *Track inventory and order more supplies when necessary. * High school diploma/GED *Managerial experience of 48 months, a normal and accepted qualification. *Can work with a flexible hour with minimum of seven (7) hours per day. *A three (3) years job opportunity starting on October 01, 2020. |
