Job Title: | COMBINED FOOD PREPARATION AND SERVING WORKERS, INCLUDING FAST FOOD |
Job Duties: | Assist the chef and cooks in the food preparations, from pick up of supplies, materials tools and equipment from storage or stock room areas to deliveries to the kitchen area for sorting, measuring washing or cleaning, then peeling, cutting, chopping and slicing, assist in the set up and pack up of tables, chairs and utensils in dining or function areas, accept or receive and serves orders of food and drinks to customers and guest; courteously check customers proper identification for age requirement; check out with customers and guest to ensure that they are receiving their orders right and are satisfied; relay to the supervisor or to the food and beverage manager, the chef and cook and also with co-workers any feed backs or complain received, observe orderliness and cleanliness of the assigned areas; to report and surrender to the management any items left and found in the areas, to do all other job related work as deemed necessary or as instructed. |
