| Job Title: | Elementary Teacher |
| Job Duties: | Teaches Elementary School school in a classroom utilizing course of study adopted by Eucon International School. Develops lesson plans and instructional materials group instruction in order to adopt the curriculum to the need of each student. Translates lesson plans into learning experiences. Establishes and maintains standards of students behaviour needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere in the classroom. Evaluates students academic social and spiritual growth. Keeps appropriate records and prepares progress reports. Communicates with parents through conferences and other means to discuss students progress and interpret school program. Identifies students needs and cooperates with other professional staff members assessing and helping students solve health, attitude and learning problems. Maintains professional competence through in-service education activities provided by professional growth activities. Participates cooperatively with the appropriate administrator to develop the method of which the teacher will be evaluated in comformance with guidelines and maintains required inventory records. Supervises students in-out-classroom activities during the social day. Participation in curriculum developments programs are required. Participates faculty committees church functions and the sponsorship of student activities. Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities as necessary in the ministry. |
