Job Duties: | Greet, welcome and attend to all incoming guests. Attends to all inquiries or question, offer help and assistance/ accommodate guest request. Register and process guest and their assigned rooms or unit,communicate w/co-workers or reliever for proper information dissemination;offer the best during performance of duties. Must be up-dated, aware and knowledgeable of the overall operation of the clients and its capability to best serve its guest or customers/patrons. If in doubt on the inquiries and about the guest, or work to be performed, it is a must to direct it to the management for decision. Offer the best plan and time table for management during meetings, arrange booking and reservations for everybody in need. To do all other work related to the job as deemed necessary or as instructed. |

Qualification Requirements: | Must have at least 6 months work experience as a front desk clerk, 1 month training from a recognized institution. Knowledgeable of the principles and process for providing customer and personal services. Knowledge in administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, knowledge of electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming. |
