Assess customer profiles, buying tren ds and competitive information to drive business. Assume responsibility for loss prevention compliance withi n store. Exceed Inventory and Shrink goals and maintain bi-annual Physical Inventory. Implement and process incoming and outgoing merchandise. Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store Manager. Engage in new store openings and closings. Deliver extraordinary service to customers. |
