Job Duties: | • In-charge of overall Accounting functions for Town House, Inc. and its subsidiary companies • Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial reports. • Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts. • Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities and capital. • Prepare Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement and other reports to summarize current company financial position for submission to the Corporate Office. • Responsible for preparation and submission of Annual Budgets to the Corporate Office. • Responsible for preparation of Audit Schedules of Balance Sheet and Nominal Accounts for annual audit by external auditors. • Works closely with the Executive Vice President in the following: (a) Quarterly Review of Financial Statements and Schedules, (b) Provide Accounting Analysis, Project Reports for Town House, Inc. and its subsidiaries, (c) Counter sign Bank Checks relating to operations of Town House, Inc. and its subsidiary companies • Train, supervise and coordinate activities of accounting staff. • Functions as the main Contact Person at Town House, Inc. for the Jones & Guerrero Company, Inc. based in Guam |

Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Accounting • At least 24 months prior experience as a Chief Accountant • Thorough understanding of financial reporting including budget preparation and general ledger structure • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting, ability to multi-task, and can work independently • Must be highly computer literate and must have strong experience with automated accounting system like Peachtree, MS Office Suite, etc. • Must pass pre-employment written accounting examinations • Must have a Current CNMI Driver’s License and Police Clearance (this requirement applies to both U.S. workers and CW-1 workers). |

Comments: | Town House, Inc. is looking to fill one (1) Chief Accountant position. Work will be performed in Chalan Kanoa, Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands. Worker will be paid no less than $25.10 per hour. The employer will offer 40 hours of work per week. Hourly work schedule is from 8:00a.m to 5:00p.m, Monday to Friday. Workers will be paid bi-weekly by check. The employer will make all the payroll deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by federal and local law and will not make any deductions which are not required by law. The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 01, 2020 to September 30, 2023. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
