| Job Duties: | The air conditioning technicians install, inspect, maintain, and repair the air conditioner.Ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units. Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.Make the adjustment and do calibrations of thermostatic controls.Install new air-conditioning systems and equipment.Inspect and maintain refrigerators and ice machines, and chilled water supply systems.Clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors.Plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance. |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Work days will be Monday to Friday, and work hours will be from 8am to 5pm. With this position the employer also offers the three-fourths guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655.423(f) where in three fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12- week period. Transportation and Subsistence: If the Employee completes 50 percent of the work contract, the employer will provide or reimburse the worker’s transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and subsistence costs will be paid by Employer if the Employee completes the work period covered by the work contract or where the worker dismissed earlier.
