| Job Duties: | Prepares the pizza dough every morning to use throughout the day. Responsible for dough preparedness as prescribed from the restaurant general manager or assistant restaurant general manager on duty. Complies with all portioning, quality standards, rules, policies, and safety procedures. Selects and transports raw items to work area and back. Stores finished product in proper places. Selects proper equipment and utensils to prepare items as procedures require – dough mixer, whips, pitcher, proofer, bun-o-matic, retarder, and dough roller. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma or GED required. At least 3 months of related experience. Must have previous bakery experience. Must be able to work the opening shift at 7:00 AM. Must possess basic math skills. Must be able to understand and implement both written and verbal instructions. Must obtain a food handlers certificate from the CNMI Department of Public Health. Job position requires well-paced mobility for minimum periods of four hours. Job duties require standing and walking for the entire shift. Must be able to bend and stoop occasionally. Must be able to occasionally lift 40 pounds. Must have sensory capabilities to select quality of sauce. Must have finger dexterity to use some utensils, tools and to scale and mix dough. |

| Comments: | EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment of thirty (35) hours per week. Employees hired must be able to work opening shift (starting at 7:00 AM), weekends, and holidays as required. Days and hours worked may vary. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT: Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
