Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma or GED required. At least 12 months of supervisory experience in a restaurant required. Must be able to analyze reports and correct areas efficiently. Must be able to implement TOSIDPAR (profit and loss) problem solving techniques to achieve desired results. Must be able to organize priorities and develop or execute plans to achieve desired results. Must be able to develop the skills of subordinates to perform at a higher level. Must be able to stabilize staffing. Must obtain a food handlers certificate from the CNMI Department of Public Health. Must have a valid CNMI drivers license. Job duties require standing and walking for most the entire shift, and driving to government agencies and making bank deposits (no public transportation available). |

Comments: | EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment fifty (50) hours per week. Employees hired must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as required. This position is exempt from overtime rate. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT: Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
