Job Duties: | Prepare and cook to order a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time. May take orders from customers and serve patrons at counters. Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables. Perform food preparation tasks, such as making sandwiches, carving meats, making soups or salads, baking breads or desserts, and brewing coffee or tea. Perform general cleaning activities in kitchen and dining areas. Restock kitchen supplies, rotate food, and stamp the time and date on food in coolers. Grill, cook, and fry foods such as french fries, eggs, and pancakes. Plan work on orders so that items served together are finished at the same time. Take orders from customers and cook foods requiring short preparation times, according to customer requirements. Grill and garnish hamburgers or other meats, such as steaks and chops. Complete orders from steam tables, placing food on plates and serving customers at counters. Order supplies and stock them on shelves. |

Qualification Requirements: | Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent work experience in a reputable establishment as a Cook. Must have twelve months work experience. Able to perform food preparation and cooking activities of a Dining Restaurant. Can design menu and review food purchases. Should have the ability to forecast food preparation base from increase or decrease customer guest flow. Can create inventory method base from company or restaurants needs. Can comply with nutrition, sanitation regulation and safety standard as prescribed by USDA. Technically updated on latest industry practices. |

Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position and must have at least 12 months work experience. Work days will be Monday to Sunday, and work hours will be from 6am-3pm. With this position the employer also offers the three-fourths guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655.423(f) where in three fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12- week period (or 6-week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days.) Transportation and Subsistence: If the Employee completes 50 percent of the work contract, the employer will provide or reimburse the worker’s transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and subsistence costs will be paid by Employer if the Employee completes the work period covered by the work contract or where the worker dismissed earlier.
