Job Title: VIP Tour Guide
Job Duties: Lead tour groups, drive vans or limousines, advise tour members of local interest points and prepare and present tour commentaries. Maintain customers personal and emergency information complete written reports of daily activities and a log any incidents should they occur. Provide guests with information about the logistics of their stay and accommodation for their trip. Act as key point of contact with the hotel for the VIP guests. Ensure guest tour welcome pack is prepared and ready for their arrival. Establish and maintain an effective relationship with the VIP guests to ensure they are satisfied with the service offering. Provide status reports to management after the completion of each tour to ensure the provision of a customer focused service including meets 1st class standards. Maintain written reports of daily activities and carry out other administrative work. Assists in planning and implementation of Casino Marketing activities. Account settlement. Assist on gaming floor services including exchanging casino chips and greeting guests. Assist to increase the amount of new membership and maintain a good relationship with all guests. Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. Perform other related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma Required? No
Qualification Requirements: Minimum of 2 years Tour Guide experience. Ability to speak, read, and write in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese required. Experience with delivering all tour activities in Saipan. Must be well versed with the history of Saipan to educate the VIP guests on Saipans cultural and agricultural landscape. Exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver service to VIP standards. Up to 8 hours standing/walking may be required for one tour. Must be able to work well remaining calm under pressure, and be a team player. Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, which include days, nights, weekends, and holidays to support high volume of guests. Solution based mindset. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. Able to multi-task. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment thirty-five (35) hours per week. There are three rotating shifts per day from Monday to Sunday: (A) Day Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (B) Swing Shift will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (C) Night Shift will be from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

Comments: [1] EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. [2] WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment thirty-five (35) hours per week. There are three rotating shifts per day from Monday to Sunday: (A) Day Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (B) Swing Shift will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (C) Night Shift will be from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Employee hired under this announcement will be rotated through each of the three shifts. [3] THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. [4] INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. [5] FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). [6] TOOLS, SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT: Workers will be provided at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, workers will be supplied at no charge all safety clothing and equipment. Company will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. [7] HOUSING: The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. [8] EMPLOYEE MEAL: The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
