Job Title: SALES MANAGER
Job Duties: Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities, real estate or other subjects of sale. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs. Determine price schedules and discount rates. Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business. Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel. Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties. Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met. Formulate pricing policies on merchandise according to profitability requirements. Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. See more occupations related to this task. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level. COMPUTER SKILLS, INCLUDING RETAIL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE.

Fringe Benefits: EMPLOYER WILL PROVIDE WORKER'S COMPENSATION. The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021. Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. THREE-FOURTH GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extension, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place or recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved.
