Job Title: Childcare Workers
Job Duties: Take care of infant/toddler/preschool/after school children using developmentally appropriate practices. Help prepare lesson plan and children activities. Check attendance, conduct physical health check, supervise play, change diaper regularly, serve food. Maintain health and safety of children, cleaning, sanitizing furniture, equipment and toys regularly. Input daily childcare data using cellphone, tablet or PC. Work other center related duties from time to time.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Must attend pre-service training, CPR training, Food Handling and other training required by CCLP and CCDF. Must have good communication skills and be able to talk with parents and colleagues about the progress of the children in their care. They need both good speaking skills to provide this information effectively and good listening skills to understand parents’ instructions. High level of patience with immense love and compassion for children. Skilled childcare worker with knowledge of developing fun and interesting activities. Excellent child supervision skills. Deep understanding on children’s need for social, physical and intellectual growth. Efficient in offering safe environment for children. Familiar with the nutritional and hygiene needs of children.

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position for (6) Childcare Workers. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week from Monday to Friday, from 7:00a.m. – 4:00p.m.; 8 hours per day. (3) THREE FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE the Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) PROVISION OF TOOLS, workers at no charge for all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work.
