| Job Duties: | Makes and confirm time schedule and routing for customers at request of TOUR AGENT.Use large control boards in the company office to layout schedules to follow and confirm the route taken by the drivers and boat captain and keep track of the progress that drivers and boat captains make along their routes. Check the drivers and captains in and out time and transfer these records in a company files.Maintain advance or current inventory of customers to determine their return from their hotels and space availability of the boat. Besides dealing with drivers and boat captains on a daily basis , handle also request and complain made by the customer making notes on mechanical problems of the boats and relay messages to mechanic |
