| Job Duties: | Repairs and maintains staff house building and keep the same in clean and orderly condition: Trimming of trees/grasses using power equipments and hand tools: Dispose garbage at land fill: Paints structures, and repairs woodwork with carpenter's tools: Maintain septic and water tank in good condition: Replaces defective electrical switches and other fixtures: Repairs plumbing fixtures: Repairs plaster and lays bricks: Other duties include unclogging drains or toilets: Replacing tile and repair locks: Replacing tile and repair locks: Maintain cleanliness in the office such: as do vacuums, washing and waxing floors, dusting, straightening or dust mopping, replenishing bathroom supplies and stocking supply in closets, washing walls and cleaning carpet: Minor repair of air condition unit: Trouble shoot and diagnose problems on pump, generator and telephones lines and perform other duties as required and as assigned. |
