Job Duties: | Monitors and updates department policies and procedures. Monitors video review requests and completed investigative reports. Manages and directs investigative assignments to Surveillance Operator(s). Assists with all criminal, civil, or internal investigations. Maintains all investigative reports and Surveillance video and will ensure proper chain of custody for civil/criminal litigation cases. Monitor patrons and/or employee behaviors through video cameras, or in-person observations, for irregular activities such as cheating or theft Monitor CCTV, alarm system, etc., to ensure that any unusual behavior or emergency situation is addressed and dispatch appropriate personnel for investigation and record. Responds to management, and regulatory requests. Assist in resolving guest or employee disturbances/altercations in accordance with company policies and procedures, including summoning appropriate authorities if necessary, and documenting incident. Detect accounting inaccuracies, suspicious, cheating and other illegal activities. Protect the assets of the company and support internal audits. Maintain a working knowledge of all rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, and ensure strict adherence to same throughout the property. Provide instruction and guidance to subordinates. Maintain a strong understanding of procedures of both the surveillance and other departments. Assist in drafting and subsequently ensure compliance with department SOPs. Ensure that all tasks, assignments, projects either generated by a supervisor or self-generated are completed to department standards. Be a reliable and dependable team member. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. Track and document attendance of subordinates and ensure compliance with guidelines of the departmental and company policies Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. Qualification Requirements: | High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 7 months working experience in the Surveillance Industry, Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written The Company has a 24-hour operation, the employee must be able to work on a rotating shift schedule Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Comments: | [1] EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. [2] WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment thirty-five (35) hours per week. There are three rotating shifts per day from Monday to Sunday: (A) Day Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (B) Swing Shift will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (C) Night Shift will be from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Employee hired under this announcement will be rotated through each of the three shifts. [3] THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. [4] INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. [5] FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). [6] TOOLS, SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT: Workers will be provided at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, workers will be supplied at no charge all safety clothing and equipment. Company will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. [7] HOUSING: The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. [8] EMPLOYEE MEAL: The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
