| Job Duties: | Directly supervise & coordinate activities of workers engaged in preparing & serving food such as take charge of accepting restaurant reservations & orders; estimates beverage costs & requisitions or purchase confers with food preparations; oversee such tasks as table setting, guests sitting, menu preparations, order taking, guest serving & restaurant management. Perform various financial activities such as cash handling, deposit preparation, & payroll- compile & balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Resolve customer complaints regarding food service, ensure any customer issues are addressed immediately & resolved in a manner that exceeds the customer expectations. Present bills & accept payments. Inspect supplies, equipment's & work areas to ensure efficient service & conformance to standards. |
