| Job Duties: | Perform semi-skilled maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems, assembles, install and/or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, machinery and equipment/appliances. Repair and perform minor maintenance of pipe system and plumbing fixture including repair of faucet leaks, sinks/lavatories and toilet drains using plunges and spring. repair and replace dry wall, paint, screen doors and door hardware, shade blinds. Install floor tiles. repair and replace ceilings and roof. Perform other related duties as may be assigned. |
