Job Title: | AIR CONDITIONING TECHNICIAN |
Job Duties: | Air conditioning technicians work are installing, repairing and maintaining HVAC Systems. Air conditioning technicians may sometimes be referred to as HVACR technicians and are responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Some typical job duties of air conditioning technicians include reviewing blueprints, installing air conditioning system, testing system for proper functioning, performing emergency repairs, maintaining tools ordering supplies, and making routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency. They may also record data when inspecting systems, such as temperature of equipment, fuel consumption and hours of operation. Air conditioning technicians must recover and properly dispose of refrigerants when servicing air conditioning equipment since refrigerants can be harmful to the environment. |

Qualification Requirements: | Must have 12 months working experience as air conditioning technician, in addition to the technical skills you'll obtain through work experience, certain skills and personal qualities can contribute to your success in this occupation. Listening: its important that you fully understand what customers are telling you about their problems so you can solve them. Speaking: You'll have to be able to articulately and clearly share information with your co-workers and customers. Time Management: Meeting the demands of a busy schedule means managing your time well. Critical Thinking: This will allow you to weigh various solutions to a problem and choose the best one. Physical strength and dexterity: You should be able to easily lift up to 50 pounds and be able to carry and maneuver heavier items, either with help or appropriate devices. |

Comments: | The job opportunity is temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2020 to September 30,2021 THREE FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place o employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse or advance payment for the workers transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker will not return due to subsequent employment.
