Job Duties: | Responsible in preparation and analyzing financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports applying principles of accounting. Compile and examine accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting standards. Document business transaction and make sure that it was accurately posted to its proper accounts making use of current computer technology. Perform account reconciliation particularly bank accounts and review general ledger accounts for possible financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Prepare necessary adjusting journal entries after reviewing each account. Analyze trends, costs, revenues and financial obligations incurred to project future revenues and expenses for effective budget plan. Reports finances to management and offers suggestions on utilizing resources and minimizing expenditures. Preparation of all related taxes such as Monthly BGR Tax, Annual Corporate Tax return and payroll taxes ensuring payment and reporting on a timely manner including. Processing monthly and hourly payroll. Preparation and submission of W-2CM (Local Revenue & Tax) and W-3SS (IRS) annually. Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Secure financial information by creating database backups. Assist on CW-1 application and completing requirements needed for renewal of foreign workers (CW-1) as mandated by USCIS. |

Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor of Science in Accountancy Degree with at least 4 years work-related skills, knowledge and experience in sporting goods retail and wholesale business is required. Proficiency in general ledger, tax computations, preparation of financial statements and annual corporate tax return is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word or Excel, Powerpoint and other computer program is a must. Knowledge in Peachtree Accounting System software is required. Qualified applicant must have a clean track record, honest, dependable and trustworthy. |

Comments: | THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer , reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
