Job Title: Operations Manager
Job Duties: Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials. Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products. Direct administrative activities directly related to making products or providing services. Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits. Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency. Set prices or credit terms for goods or services based on forecasts of customer demand. Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, or sustainability of operations. Develop or implement product-marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns or sales promotions. Recommend locations for new facilities or oversee the remodelling or renovating of current facilities. Implement or oversee environmental management or sustainability programs addressing issues such as recycling, conservation, or waste management. Other duties includes making products such as different kinds of rice cakes (Korean style).

Qualification Requirements: Must be a High School graduate. Must have at least 2 years experience in a Rice Cake manufacturing business. Must be able to read, write and speak Korean. Must be able to work during holidays and weekends.

Comments: This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position and must have at least 24 months work experience. Work days will be Monday to Saturday, and hourly work schedule will be from 4AM to 1PM. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in it's extensions, if any. n the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
