| Job Duties: | Responsible for teaching food preparation techniques, and sanitation and safety procedures to their kitchen workers. Create a work schedule for food preparation employees. Ensure that the food is of the highest quality possible, and that food is stored in a safe and sanitary manner. Answer customer complaints. Keep track of inventories of food, beverages and equipment. Inspect all equipment and food-preparation areas on a regular basis to make sure they comply with cleanliness and performance standards. |
