| Job Duties: | Greets and serves customers, prepares product (sandwich) maintain food safety and sanitation standards and handles of processes light paper works. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position, tasks and responsibilities include: Exhibit cheerful and helpful manner while greeting customers/guest and preparing their orders Demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu items and explains them to customer accurately Uses point of sale (POS) system or cash register to record the order and compute the amount of bill; collect payment from customer and make change Performs cash-in procedures, accounting for all forms of money, bread counts, etc. during shift Prepares food (sandwich) neatly according to Subway Standard formula in timely manner checks product in sandwich unit area, restock items to ensure efficient supply throughout the shift Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety sanitation standards during food preparation service and clean up Adhere to the wash, rinse and sanitize method of cleaning Understand and adhere to all quality standard, formula and procedures as outlined in Subway operations manual- daily procedures. |
