| Job Duties: | To perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance to keep machines, equipment or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting, boiler making, insulating, welding, machining, carpentry, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, installing, aligning, balancing equipment or repairing buildings, floor or stairs. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals or parts catalogs as necessary. To assemble, installs components, pipe system, plumbing, machinery or equipment. Perform general cleaning duties of buildings or properties. Paint or reapir roofs, windows, doors, floors, wood works, plaster drywall or others parts of building structures. To fabricate or repair counter, benches, partitions, or other wooden structures. Inspect used parts to determine changes in demensional requirements, using rulers, calipers, micrometers or other measuring instruments. Estimates cost to repair or building structures. Do other related duties and responsibilities. |
