Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Duties: Plans and implements activities related to demand creation and sales. Implements product focus and matrix for various customers, ensures product starter stocking and display and conducts product detailing to consumers, customers and institution. Implements activities related to sales generation from accounts. Conducts regular and consistent visits to all consumer outlets, pharmacies and clinics implementing Business Building Process. Ensures distribution of core products in all consumer outlets and pharmacies. Conducts inventory Management to ensure product availability. Monitors and evaluates product off-take as well as competitors. Formulates sales plan/forecast accurately for all accounts. Monitors order processing and delivery to ensure over-all customer satisfaction. Coordinates with warehouse on matters such as stock availability. Implements activities to establish professional business partnership with customers. Implements activities that establishes and sustains business franchise. Must be familiar with OTC Medicines, Health & Beauty Aid Products and other Medical Supply. May assist in the delivery and merchandising as assigned. May help arrange promotional programs, store displays, and advertising. Analyze sales statistics, prepare reports, and handle administrative duties such as filing expense accounts, scheduling appointments. Familiar with new and existing products and monitor the sales, prices, and products of their competitors. Discuss the client's needs and suggest how their merchandise or services can meet those needs. Shows samples or catalogs that describe items the company provides, to inform customers about prices, availability, and ways in which the products can save money and boost productivity.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: High School Graduate or GED. 3 years work experience in sales. Excellent working knowledge in the areas of Consumer and/or Pharmaceutical sales. The successful applicants must be punctual, have interpersonal skills and good communication skills; Must be able to meet physical demands such as ability to stand for long periods of time, must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, must be able to bend, stoop and reach; and must be able to work under extreme pressure in a fast-paced working environment

Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
