Job Title: | Human Resources Specialist |
Job Duties: | Aids management coordinating services through handling both personnel and administrative tasks Oversees the human resources data base Enters new hire information into the HR system data base Ensure that systems records are accurately recorded and cross checked Ensures that human resources files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures Completes monthly, quarterly and annual reports regarding new hires, terminations and turn over costs Create and/or modifies documents such as memorandum, correspondences, invoices, agreements, forms, etc. Process employment certifications, and/or other documents required by employees Prepares recruitment lists and job openings, including up to pre-screening and hiring process Assist in completion of performance appraisal/periodical review and disciplining employees Computes and records all payroll related data as scheduled Maintains payroll records in compliance with local and federal laws Provides payroll information to update records in pay adjustments, deductions and assist to resolve payroll related matters Communicate to staff for company events Coordinate for group participation logistics Work with administrative team to meet all clerical duties associated with human resources responsibilities Maintains confidentiality in all aspect of client, employees, corporate records and company information. |

Qualification Requirements: | with associate degree in business administration or at least two years related experience as human resources specialist or management capacity and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience; must have basic knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and HR integrated systems (Dayforce) or payroll systems (Phoenix Phive) must have valid CNMI Drivers license |
