Job Title: Sales Assistant Manager
Job Duties: The assistant manager guides sales and marketing activities to achieve maximum revenue and superior service within an assigned market segment (China) by effectively selling the company's products and services. Coordinates all-property activities to promote the hotel. Increases corporate client base through consistent solicitations while establishing trust and rapport with clients to generate and boost revenues for the hotel. Negotiate and close sales while meeting/exceeding sales targets. Impress customers with tailored proposals quality and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner. Support the basic premise of driving new and existing accounts to ensure repeat business to the hotel.

Qualification Requirements: Requires an Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or Hospitality related field. Have at least two(2)years of work related experience in Sales & Marketing. Be able to demonstrate specific skills: 1.Pursuasion-Persuading others to change their minds or behavior. 2. Active Listening-Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times. 3. Speaking-Talking to others to convey information effectively. 4. Coordination- Adjusting actions in relation to others action. 5. Critical Thinking- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Be able and willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evenings, weekend and holidays.

Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing October 01, 2020 to September 30,2021. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total of number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period and begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first dat of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon the completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
