Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager
Job Duties: Position responsible for all the food and beverage operations, which includes all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations. Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals. Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations. Develop and implements business plans for food and beverages.Restaurant Assistant Manager is vital to the success of the hotel and can affect the culture of the entire organization. Responsible for hands on in overseeing and reinforcing stock and cash control, employee and patron safety and the outlets. Provide support in managing and leading the team with the reinforcement of company values in an effort to ensure repeat business. Responsible for supporting staff in demonstrating and delivering company values on a daily basis. Encouraging and developing restaurant team will be an ongoing and extremely important part of the permits, licenses, employment and Workplace Health & Safety are adhered to at all times. This is an important role in contributing to the friendly atmosphere and success of the hotel and must be performed competently, consistently and with pride.

Qualification Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Have at least one year of work related experience as Restaurant Supervisor; Able to demonstrate specific skills: 1. Service Orientation-Actively looking for ways to help people. 2. Active Listening-Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times. 3. Management of People Resources-Motivating, developing and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job. 4. Monitoring, Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action. 5. Speaking-Talking to others to convey information effectively. Be able and willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evening, night, weekend and holidays.

Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing October 01, 2020 to September 30,2021. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total of number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period and begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first dat of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon the completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
