| Job Duties: | Sells products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customer's needs. Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions. Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with. Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly. Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur. Provide service technicians with parts as required. Arrange merchandising displays. Maintains the retail sale floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealerships standards and today's customer satisfaction. Controls showroom inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction. Performs routine housekeeping tasks that maintain and enhances the cleanliness of products and the retail sales area. When working the parts counter, follows prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of the dealership. Processes cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required at a point of sale. Attends training as prescribed by management to maintain proficiency in his/her job description. Uses dealership equipment and resources safely and proficiently. Performs other tasks as required by Main Office. Keeps himself/herself groomed and clothed per the dealership guidelines. Verify receiving documents. Follow up on shortages and expedite by reporting to Main Office. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Applicant must have 12 months experience in the same position. Applicants must have a strong background in the automotive parts industry. Work requires substantial knowledge of items sold. Must have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills . Must be honest, dependable and trustworthy, can work diligently and independently. Applicant must be highly resourceful and have excellent time management skills. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays when necessary. Applicant must be hardworking, able to multi task and work even under pressure. Must be able to maintain cooperative attitude under stressful circumstances. Must be able to drive and have a valid CNMI driver's license. |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position for one (1) Parts Salesperson. The work days will be from Monday to Sunday with one day off, work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; 7 hours per day from Monday to Friday and 5 hours on Sunday.Qualified US or CW1 applicants who are interested to apply must personally submit a complete updated resume, police clearance, and certificate of employment to Diamond Auto Parts Chalan Pale Arnold St, Chalan Lau Lau, Saipan MP 96950.
