Job Duties: Manages all aspects of the business including responsibility for controlling all costs, profitability, sales and long range planning for continues successful business operations. Specific: Ensures that the concept?s highest quality of operations is reinforces and executed at all times. Conducts periodic/random quality audit to evaluate BOH and FOH operations. Ensures strictest compliance with Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. International Standards. Ensures maximum labor productivity and efficiency through manpower planning and skills training. Promotes growth and development through continuous professional skill training to enhance individual and team performance. Conducts periodic performance appraisal of department managers to evaluate their competence and to ensure they conform with the highest standard of excellence and professional ethics. Will supervise all the staff of the restaurant.

Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (may be foreign equivalent). Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Restaurant setting not on a fast food outlet. Must be able to handle 50 staffs. Must have good knowledge in interpreting financial statements. Must have a good communication skills. Must have skills on food and beverage costing. Must have computer skills (use excel, word, outlook). Must have skills in cooking and bartending. Must have knowledge in marketing and advertisement. Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be able to handle split shift schedule

Comments: This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position and must have at least 24 months work experience. Work days will be Monday-Sunday (one day-off), and work hours will be from 9am to 11pm. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in it's extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
