| Job Duties: | Duties may involve welding, carpentry, repairing electrical & plumbing fixtures, installing, aligning & balancing new equipment & repairing building floors or stairs. Repairs & replaces woodwork, masonry, paint exterior & interior of buildings. May cut or trim grass using power equipment or hand tools. Repairs plaster & brick, build shed & other outbuildings. May set up tables & chairs. Perform routine maintenance such as maintain generator & water system as required. May transport small equipment, tools between departments. Ensure that tools, materials& vehicles are maintained in good working order & are available at job site when needed. Keep premises clean & orderly condition. Trouble shooting - responds to emergency situation during & after working hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns |
