| Comments: | SDC is lookig to fill One (1) Store Manager position in Saipan, CNMI. The work will be perform only at Saipan Dolphin Corporation located at Chalan Monsignor Guerrero Street San Jose, CNMI. This is a Temporary Full-time position and we are looking to fill the job opening from October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021. Terms an Conditions of Employment: Worker will be paid $9.46 per hour. The Employer will offer 35 hours of work per work-week. Daily schedule is flexible from 4 hrs to 9 hrs per day to complete the 35 hrs per work-week, Sunday to Saturday and days off is Wednesday and is payable in Bi-weekly by check. The Employer will deduct all applicable tax deductions required by CNMI and Federal Law. Three Fourths Guarantee (20 CFR 655.423 (f)) The Employer must guarantee to offer the worker employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the works days of the total period of employment specified in the work cotract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date specified in the work contract or in its extensions if any. Transportation and Subsistence: (20 CFR 655.423 (j)(1)): The Employer must provide or reimburse the worker for the transportation and subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer whether in US, including another part of the Commonwealth, or abroad, to the place of employment if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the work contract. The Employer may arrange and pay for the transportation and subsistence directly, advance at a minimum the most economical and reasonable common carrier cost of the transportation and subsistence to the worker before the worker's departure or pay the worker the amount of the transportation. Payment must be no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges fr the distance involved. Daily transportation to and from work site will not be provided by the employer. Overtime Available: The Employer pays 1.5 times base hourly rate. On-the-Job Training. The Employer will not provide on-the-job training. Tools & Equipment: The Employer will provide workers at no chargeall tools, equipment and supplies required to perform the job.
