Job Title: SUPERVISOR - GUEST SERVICE AGENT TRANSPORTATION
Job Duties: Responsible for Transportation day to day operations, supervise and ensure the smooth running of Transportation Services and develop and maintain good employee relations through intelligent interpretation and conscientious application of Company personnel policies Maintain complete and readily accessible files and records necessary for effective operations and future reference, interpret company policies and procedures for colleagues and work diligently to achieve goals, plan and budget established for his/her department in co-operation with the departmental Management Recommend improvements for the department, improving services, increasing revenue or reducing cost, ensure the proper security (control of undesirables), cleanliness and maintenance of the foyer, driveways and conduct shift briefing to ensure that all Transportation colleagues are kept up to date of the latest information Ensure that other department are kept fully informed of any situation, problems or difficulties where their assistance might be needed, ensure punctuality and proper manner of work in the area, ensure fire and safety hazards are removed in the work area and ensure that additional responsibilities that may be implemented from time to time are properly executed by colleagues Control traffic flow in the departmental vicinity, interact with guests and internal staff from Asian and international countries by providing friendly, efficient and courteous customer service to all internal and external customers, interact with department and company team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. Participate in community projects or activities in order to promote the Companys image and cooperation to improve community relationship. Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. Perform other related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: High school diploma required. Minimum of 1 years experience in hotel/ transportation/ concierge/ F&B area. Ability to communicate in english to deal with guests and internal staff from asian and international countries; knowledge of chinese is an advantage. Customer service oriented. Ability to operate Microsoft windows & office software, including operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs. Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demand. Able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. Able to multi-task. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment thirty-five (35) hours per week. There are three rotating shifts per day from Monday to Sunday: (A) Day Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (B) Swing Shift will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (C) Night Shift will be from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

Comments: [1] EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. [2] WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment thirty-five (35) hours per week. There are three rotating shifts per day from Monday to Sunday: (A) Day Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (B) Swing Shift will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (C) Night Shift will be from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Employee hired under this announcement will be rotated through each of the three shifts. [3] THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. [4] INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. [5] FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). [6] TOOLS, SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT: Workers will be provided at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, workers will be supplied at no charge all safety clothing and equipment. Company will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. [7] HOUSING: The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. [8] EMPLOYEE MEAL: The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
