Job Title: Guest Service Agent - Transportation
Job Duties: Driving VIP guests to and from requested destinations and provide VIP guests with assistance entering and existing vehicles, and help with luggage, if any and pick up VIP guests and safely convey them to their destinations/ travel spot, provide pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc.) Follow relevant safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation and ensure that passengers follow safety regulations, interact with internal staff and external guests from Asian and International countries and be sensitive to guest's concern & response pro-actively to guest's needs through excellent communication and language skills Assist VIP guests to organize travels schedule, such as booking tickets etc., demonstrate all top levels of service skills & requirements designed for a limousine journey and drive & maintain the experience of journey a comfortable & pleasant one for all VIP guests. Keep absolute confidentiality about passenger's information, perform routine vehicle maintenance such as regulating tire pressure and adding gasoline, oil and water, maintain a clean and professional presentable vehicle and ensure vehicle equipment such as lights, brakes, horns, or windshield wipers are in good condition, to ensure proper operation Familiar with traffic rules, report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors, remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. Perform other related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma Required? No
Qualification Requirements: One(1) year experience in driver roles; experience in driving limousine and executive vehicles is an advantage; ; ability to communicate in english to deal with guests and internal staff from asian and international countries; knowledge of chinese is an advantage. ; with customer services experience is highly preferred; valid professional drivers license ; responsible, self-motivated and independent ; able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis ; able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties; team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment ; able to multi-task. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment thirty-five (35) hours per week. There are three rotating shifts per day from Monday to Sunday: (A) Day Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (B) Swing Shift will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (C) Night Shift will be from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

Comments: [1] EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. [2] WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment thirty-five (35) hours per week. There are three rotating shifts per day from Monday to Sunday: (A) Day Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (B) Swing Shift will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (C) Night Shift will be from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Employee hired under this announcement will be rotated through each of the three shifts. [3] THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. [4] INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. [5] FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). [6] TOOLS, SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT: Workers will be provided at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, workers will be supplied at no charge all safety clothing and equipment. Company will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. [7] HOUSING: The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. [8] EMPLOYEE MEAL: The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
