| Comments: | SDC is looking to fill One (1) Store Manager position in Saipan, CNMI. The work will be perform only at Saipan Dolphin Corporation at Chalan Monsignor Guerrero Street San Jose, CNMI. This is a Temporary, Full-time position and we are looking to fill the job opening for employment from October 1, 2020 to Sept. 30, 2021. Terms and conditions of Employment: Worker will paid $9.46 per hour. Overtime is available and will be paid at a rate of $14.19 per hour. The Employer will offer 35 hrs of work per work-week. Hourly schedule is flexible from 6 hrs to 9 hrs per day to complete the 35 hrs per work-week Sunday to Saturday and days off is Wednesday and is payable Bi-weekly by check. The Employer will deduct all applicable tax deductions required by CNMI and Federal Law. Three Fourths Guarantee (20 CFR 655.423 (f)): The Employer must guarantee to offer the worker employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the works days of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: (20 CFR 655.423 (j)(1)): The Employer must provide or reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the US, including another part of the Commonwealth, or abroad, to the place of employment if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the work contract. The Employer may arrange and pay for the transportation and subsistence directly, advance at a minimum the most economical and reasonable common carrier cost of the transportation and subsistence to the worker before the worker's departure or pay the worker the amount of the transportation. Payment must must be no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distance involved. Daily transportation to and from work site will not be provided by the employer. Overtime Available: The Employer pays 1.5 times base hourly rate. On-the-Job Training: The Employer will not provided on the job training. Tools & Equipment: The Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, equipment and supplies required to perform the job. Board, Lodging or other Facilities.
